Founder of U Coaching, Sharon Hartnett is deeply committed to empowering individuals and groups to realise their full potential! Our objective is to create a welcoming space where clientele can focus on results-driven solutions in personal and professional development, to enhance their future-orientated potential and prospects. Qualifications include Diploma in Personal, Business and Executive Coaching – ICF Accredited, Masters in Professional Practice, Bachelor of Business (Hons) with Marketing, Psychology and Train the Trainer while experience includes management, leadership, coaching, marketing, strategic development, change management and group facilitation.  Co-creatively leading change is a personal passion that helps formulate winning strategies, achieving win-wins where mutual-based trust, effective communication, commitment and accountability are fully operating. As such, witnessing clientele going from a place of feeling stuck to a place of intentional movement in varied aspects of their lives – wellbeing, career, personal and professional growth, recreational activities and sense of purpose – feeds this passion. We always serve the client’s best interests, show up with authenticity and believe that we can co-creatively make an impact by collaboratively navigating challenges, to create long-term positive changes.
