Support Resources
Your Wellbeing Matters
While coaching can be a powerful support for personal and professional growth, it is not a subsidiary for mental health or crisis intervention. If you or someone you know is at risk of harm, please seek immediate support from community support resources including your GP or from emergency services, or one of the specialised organisations below.
If you are in immediate danger or at risk of harm to yourself or others, contact An Garda Siochána – 999 or 112, or visit your nearest Garda Station.
If you need mental health and crisis support services in Ireland, contact Pieta House who provide free, therapeutic approach services to people who are in suicidal distress, engage in self-harm or bereaved by suicide, 24/7.
Contact Samaritans Ireland who provide 24/7 safe support services for anyone in distress, throughout the year.
Contact HSE Mental Health Services to access public health services including mental health crisis teams.
Contact Aware – mental health services whose support services include serving individuals experiencing depression, anxiety and more.
Your safety and wellbeing are always the priority.
